Natural Disasters USA is a program of National Garden Clubs which demonstrates a concern for all Garden Club members
in states which have experienced a natural disaster caused by floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, ice storms, tornadoes, wild
fires and other natural causes which result in the distruction of landscape areas in the United states of America. Funds
may be awarded to States for the purpose of restoration and replanting of gardens or garden related sites. The projects must
be undertaken by a garden club or clubs.
States may request an application form for Natural Disaster USA funds by contacting the NGC Chairman.
A completed form should include the following information:
1. The nature and severity of the disaster.
2. The proposed plan for restoration
3. The location of the disaster.
4. An estimate and itemized list of the cost of the project.
