1. DO secure and study copies of guidelines
to prepare a Club Yearbook for judging your Garden Club
Yearbook. These are available with instructions and accompany this report.
2. DO plan your programs to fit the needs of your members. Plan your programs to involve member participation with workshops or possibly question and answer sessions. Take advantage of the slide programs from the state Garden Club Chairman and the National
Council. Club programs are available from the National Council. Remember your
yearbook is a blue print of your Club’s plan of action as a record of your club activities, projects, and accomplishments. The National theme for Club Programs is “To Communicate with Club Programs.”
3. DO make your book a convenient size.
4. DO check your spelling before your book goes to the printer. Remember points are taken off when names are misspelled especially the officers.

state, region and national organization.

your program page.
6. DON”T forget to enter the yearbook in the proper year (yearbook will be judged in October. Award to be presented
